Empowering Hispanic Pastoral Leadership

Supporting New Pastors, Established Ministers, and Senior Leaders

The Reach Center envisions a thriving community of Hispanic Assemblies of God pastors who are equipped, supported, and inspired throughout their ministry journey.

We see a future where every pastor — from those newly called to those preparing for succession — has access to culturally relevant resources, meaningful mentorship, and a supportive community that understands their unique challenges.

Why? Because we believe that
when pastors are healthy and well-equipped, congregations flourish, communities transform, and the Kingdom advances.
